Refund Policy

Unused and unworn items may be returned within the stated return window in original condition and packaging.

For non-defective returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping. If an item is defective, incorrect, or missing, Mumu will help resolve the issue and cover the appropriate return or replacement cost.
